3cmeet was founded by people with nearly 5 years in the e-commerce industry. We do our business seriously and, above all, we want our customers to be happy. We accept a number of the most trusted online payment methods available today.
·How do I receive assistance with my order?

·How do I cancel my order?
If you accidentally make a wrong order, you can contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order. If the order exceeds 24 hours and not ships out, we will charge you $5 US Dollars as the handling fee.
·Can I remove the item from the shopping cart?
Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart. But once you have placed the order, you can’t delete any item anymore.

Our main fulfillment and return center are located in China. We have offices in China and HK. Majority of our products are shipped from our fulfillment center.

Once we ship out your package, you will receive the tracking number via email. Use that tracking number to track your package shipping status online. The online website is https://www.17track.net/en.
Refunds & Returns
·How do I receive my refund?
In the event you are unhappy with your order, we are able to provide full refunds to customers once the products are shipped back to us. In the event that shipping costs would exceed the value of your items, we will make an agreement with you on your unreturned items.
